Dear Friend,
The South Sound is one of the fastest growing places in the United States. That means affordable, accessible housing is vital.
I’ll be holding a Town Hall to give updates on my work on housing policy, discuss issues critical to the South Sound, and hear from you. Don’t forget to share your housing question with me HERE.
WHAT: | Housing Town Hall |
WHO: | Congresswoman Marilyn StricklandCraig Chance, Executive Director of the Housing Authority of Thurston CountySarah Saadian, Vice President of Public Policy at the National Low Income Housing Coalition |
WHERE: | Participate on Zoom | RSVP HEREWatch on Facebook Live | www.facebook.com/RepStricklandWA |
WHEN: | Thursday, June 24th at 6:30 PM PT |
From Day 1, I’ve prioritized addressing the housing needs of our community. This is why I worked with Rep. Peters to introduce the bipartisan Build More Housing Near Transit Act, to help tackle America’s housing crisis and boost public transit use. I’m thrilled that our bill passed out of committee on Thursday and is now one step closer to getting across the finish line. Join me at the Town Hall for more updates like this, and an important discussion about critical issues affecting Washington’s 10th.
As always, I work for you. If you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact my Lacey office at (360) 459-8514 or my D.C. Office at (202) 225-9740. For more updates, make sure to sign up for my newsletter HERE and follow me on social media at the links below.
I hope to see you there.
Sincerely,
Marilyn Strickland
Member of Congress
