Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information and Resources

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I want to take a few moments to share some valuable information on how to keep you and your loved ones safe and healthy. This page includes information aggregated from multiple sources across the state. For all questions related to Washington’s COVID-19 vaccine plan, please contact the office of Governor Jay Inslee.

The safety of my constituents is of the utmost importance to me. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to my DC office at (202) 225-9740 or my Lacey office at (360) 459-8514.

WHAT PHASE ARE WE IN?

For a complete list of who is eligible for a vaccine at this time, please visit the WA Department of Health’s Phase Finder website: https://form.findyourphasewa.org/210118771253954.

You can also call Washington State's COVID-19 Assistance Hotline, Monday-Friday, 6am-10pm: 1-800-525-0127, then press #.

Following an order by Governor Jay Inslee and guidance from the Washington Department of Health (DOH), Washington moved to Phase 1B Tier 1 of its distribution plan on January 18, 2021. According to DOH, the following individuals should now be eligible for the vaccine:

  • Residents age 65 and older
  • Residents 50 and older who also live in a multigenerational household
    • Homes where individuals from 2 or more generations reside, such as an elder and a grandchild
  • Residents eligible during phase 1A including health care workers at high risk for COVID-19 infection, first responders, people who live or work in long-term care facilities, and all other workers in health settings who are at risk of COVID-19.

Once the first doses have been administered to at least 50% of the individuals in Phase 1B tier 1, we will move to Phase 1B tier 2.

WHERE CAN I REGISTER FOR THE VACCINE?

If you are currently eligible for the vaccine, you can register for your appointment here: https://prepmod.doh.wa.gov/

Current vaccination locations are subject to change but a full list can be found here: https://www.doh.wa.gov/YouandYourFamily/Immunization/VaccineLocations

WHAT PRECAUTIONS SHOULD I TAKE WHILE I WAIT TO RECEVIE MY VACCINE?

As we wait for more vaccines to be distributed, please remember that it is still vital to continue to take steps to keep each other safe. That means wearing a mask, avoiding indoor gatherings, and distancing from others. Until Americans across the country are widely vaccinated, masks and social distancing remain the best tools we have to keep ourselves and others safe.
