Republicans Shut The Government Down -- Learn More My October Newsletter - Marilyn Strickland

My October Newsletter

Graphic of the county

Dear Friend,

I wanted to update you on my work over the past month, especially during the Shutdown. My staff and I are working for you during this shutdown and I’ve been out in the District visiting with local health clinics and patients impacted by the Republican policies that cut Medicaid, and those that will be impacted by rising health care costs. All the while, I’ve still been flying to the other Washington to address this healthcare crisis caused by Republican policies, and negotiating the reopening of the federal government.
