Washington, D.C. — On Tuesday July 13th, Congresswoman Marilyn Strickland (D-WA) will visit Eastside Community Center at 12:15 PM PT with Tacoma mom, MomsRising advocate, and Child Tax Credit recipient, Carolyn Solitaire and her family. Strickland and Solitaire will discuss the Child Tax Credit and encourage hardworking families to be on the lookout for advance monthly payments of up to $300 per month, per child to be distributed by the IRS starting this Thursday, July 15th through December.
