Olympia, WA— Tomorrow, Congresswoman Marilyn Strickland (WA-10) will join Audubon Washington, Tacoma Audubon Society, and Black Hills Audubon Society for an event to celebrate Black Birders Week, which occurs from May 31- June 5, 2021. Strickland, Audubon leaders, and avid birders will go on a bird walk, discuss wildlife and conservation, and celebrate #OnTheirWings, a day dedicated to honoring past birders and uplifting future generations of birders.
